Return & Refund Policy

We know sometime things might not work out the way we want. Sometime there might be some issue while shipment or the size/color might not be exactly same the way you expected. To provide solution regarding such types of issues we developed our returns & exchanges policy in a way which is helpful for the customers. If you do not like the product/s you may return or exchange within 5 days of the purchase. In case of return/exchange client must need to provide the original invoice copy that will be provided during the delivery.

Items that you want to return must be unworn/unused/un-torned/unwashed with all the original tags & box.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy:

What qualifies as returns:

Wrong product, size or color.
Damaged products.
Product lost in shipment.
Products with major quality defects.
Procedure of return or exchange:

Orders within Dhaka:- For orders within Dhaka, Please call us at 01973-549-549 to file an issue for return or exchange and mention your order id. Our delivery representative will visit at your address to collect the product along with the original invoice copy. Please note, No exchange or return will be valid or accepted without original copy of the invoice. Return or exchange takes 4-5 days to inspect and replace your product/s. Items that you want to return must be unworn/unused/untorned/unwashed with all the original tags & box.

Orders outside of Dhaka:- As for orders outside of dhaka, Please call us at 01973-549-549 to file an exchange or return case. It takes 5-7 Days to resolve an issue for returns & exchange outside of Dhaka. Clients needs to ship back the item to us via S.A Paribahan (Kakrail Branch). After receiving the item from S.A Paribahan we will process the case for exchange or return. In case of exchange we will re-ship back the right item on the following days.  And in case of return after receiving the product it may take upto 3 days to return the bill amount. While returning 250 BDT will be adjusted from the bill as processing fee. The final adjusted bill amount will be deposited either client’s bank account ( We support only: EBL,BRAC Bank & Uttara Bank ) or can be sent via Bkash.
