1. HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
After confirming and placing your order at Easy Shopping BD we will send you a confirmation email. After processing your order & when the product left our regional warehouse we will send you update via email. You can also check your order status in real time by login to your Easy Shopping BD account an visiting "my order" section. 2. HOW TO SIGNUP ON EASY SHOPPING BD AS CUSTOMER?
To create an account on Easy Shopping BD as customer and continue shopping click on the sign up button at the top right corner of your desktop screen or click on the menu button on your mobile device and then click on the "Sign up" button. You will be asked to provide some basic information to complete the signup process.

3. WHAT ABOUT DELIVERY CHARGES?
We have to different pricing for delivery charges within Bangladesh.
* Inside Dhaka & Chattogram Metro Area: 80 BDT/Order
* Outside Dhaka & Chattogram Metro Area: 120 BDT/Order
* Other District except Dhaka & Chattogram Metro Area: 120 BDT/Order

4. DELIVERY TIME?
Delivery within Dhaka & Chattogram metro area, it takes 3-4 days to deliver a consignment via Pathao Courier. Delivery via S.A Paribahan/Sundarban, outside of Dhaka & Chattogram it usually takes 1-3 days. Please be informed, consignment might delivered bit late due to political issue, weather condition or any other unavoidable circumstances.

5. WHEN & HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel any order within 12 hours of placing the order. No question will be asked. At Easy Shopping BD we allow our customers the facility to check and return any item during the delivery by paying only the deliver charge to the deliveryman. To cancel any order within 12 hours please login to your account. Visit "My order" section and cancel the order. To cancel any order during the delivery please call our support at 01973-549-549.
